Help us Bridge the Gap between Children in Foster Care and First Responders!

Often times when a child comes into care the first and only contact they have with first responders is when they are being removed from their home. We have seen over the past few years that this creates a tension between those children and police, fire fighters & EMS. It is our belief that this tension could potentially lead to them not trusting first responders and continuing an unhealthy cycle in the future. We would like to break that cycle and hope that you can be a part of it!

We would like to ideally pair each child with a First Responder so that they can get to know them on personal basis, but depending on the response on either side we may end up with a First Responder per family! Either way, we hope that you can join us for a day of fun and honoring you and these kiddos!
