The Bump & Baby Brunch is a safe and welcoming space to talk honestly about the realities of early motherhood—the beautiful moments and the hard ones too. Together, we’ll explore ways to care for your mind, body, and spirit after birth, learn to recognize the signs of postpartum depression and anxiety, and discover how to protect your mental health during this tender season.

You’ll hear from caring professionals and fellow moms who truly understand this stage of life, connect with local resources designed to support you, and leave feeling seen, supported, and encouraged.

Every attendee will receive a Baby Essentials Bundle, and one lucky mama will win a Self-Care Basket filled with thoughtful items to promote rest and recovery.
